Joint Genesis refund rules

This page does not take orders. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. The rules below are the seller's own, summarized from its refund page.

The 180-day guarantee

• The 180 days are counted from the order date, not the delivery date, and apply to every package.
• It is an empty-bottle guarantee: return only the remaining unopened bottles. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.
• Contact support within 180 days of the order with your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number.
• Return the unopened bottles with the packing slip. The buyer pays return shipping.

When the money returns

According to the seller, the refund arrives within 5 to 7 business days after the bottles reach the return address.
